Influencer Bookmarks

With the “your_bookbestie_courtney” bookmark, I placed a green background image along with string lights in the background to create a movement technique. Some of the light bulbs on the string light were changed to 70% opacity for better readability of the text that was nearby.

The “booktalk_at_ tiffany’s” bookmark shows carefully edited images that feather into the bottom front bookmark along with other images placed to create balance and flow while ensuring contrast and readability are maximized. The back side of this bookmark was changed to a lighter green color to ensure maximum readability as well.  

I created a QR code in Adobe for both and placed it on the back of each bookmark as well. These designs show optimal contrast with text against their background and carefully aligned images. I was able to use elements of design for each bookmark project by ensuring that the background colors had significant contrast with text that was on top. I also placed images strategically to offer balance and flow and minimized white space while ensuring the design was not overcrowded to the point it would come off as a distraction to the audience.
